I have gained confidence in myself from this course experiencing and exchanging with all the others in the group. I feel Louise and Lizzie have a wonderful way of teaching giving us a good experience in our learning to be life coaches. I am so pleased I chose Simply Changing. It has a real depth of understanding. I have really enjoyed this course and the wonderful people.
