Mary's Notes on Self

Being me is great!  I love the work that I do for SimplyChanging and I love the fact that soon I’ll have my diploma in coaching too!
Country girl at heart with a zest for life and the great outdoors!

What my hat means to me!

Actually I have two hats! My hats fit perfectly whatever the weather. Two hats for all seasons! Woolly and warm for shelter from those sudden unexpected storms that blow our way, and light and airy for soaking up the sun on those long hot summer days. My hats allow me the freedom and flexibility to be the person I want to be, need to be and can be!

My Philosophy on Coaching

Coaching fits like a glove on the hand that reaches out and holds on to it! Coaching facilitates a ‘change reaction’ and enables a person to achieve their goals. What greater gift is there than to see a person realise their true potential and then exceed their personal best!

Favourite Quote!

It’s got to be... "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending!"   Author unknown.

A little bit more...

I am the kind of person that is prepared to go the extra mile!  Family and friends mean the world to me.

My future goals are

To write and be published and, of course, my Diploma.

"The great successful people of the world have used their imagination, they think ahead and create their mental picture in all its details, filling in here, adding a little there, altering this a bit and that a bit, but steadily building - steadily building."
Robert Collier
"Sometimes we miss happiness by looking too far for things nearby."
Anonymous
"Keep these concepts in mind: You've failed many times, although you don't remember. You fell down the first time you tried to walk. You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim. Don't worry about failure. Worry about the chances you miss when you don't even try."
Sherman Finesilver
"The gift of happiness belongs to those who unwrap it."
Andrew Dunbar
