Jen's Notes on Self

I began my Diploma in Coaching in April 09 after working for Simply Changing for the last year. I am studying for a Masters in Philosophy, Theology and Literature.

My passions for life lie in traveling, writing and grabbing every opportunity that comes my way!

What my hat means to me!

The cap certainly does fit and so does life! Life can fit into our beliefs and the things that we value.

From time to time a heavy gust of wind may try to blow my cap away, so what do I do? Chase after it, having a laugh and giggle along the way, and secure it even better in the future!

My Philosophy on Coaching

Life can be glorious and lets make the most of it! I believe that the potential of the human mind is incredible when given the right direction.

Coaching is about transformation and personal development, paving the way for success, happiness, motivation and love for life.

Life can be tough at times so having the resources to deal with challenges and move forward with strength and confidence makes life that little easier.

Favourite Quote!

I love this quote from Anthony Robbins when talking about creating a happy future –

"don’t get real, get intelligent! For what is real for you today is based on your past, and if you keep re-iterating your past you will keep on  coming across the same problems and facing the same patterns."
