Gill's Notes on Self

With Urania as my muse, I believe that I have a foot in both camps! My left-brained, practical, organised, no-nonsense Finance Officer forms a healthy dynamic balance with my right-brained Astrological Mystic who has a deep and meaningful inner life brimful of fascinating characters.

What my hat means to me!

As an astrologer and student of the mysteries, I thought about choosing a ‘witchy’ kind of hat, but on deeper reflection I opted for ‘The Cap’ because it so accurately sums me up.

It’s warm and practical and has a style of it’s own – a throw back to the 1960’s – the ‘All you need is love’ and ‘Flower Power’ era. Yes, I admit it, I’m a middle aged hippie at heart.

My Philosophy on Coaching

To me, Coaching epitomises the beauty and scope of the journey undertaken during the course of a Coaching Relationship (emphasis here on the word relationship).

I love the sense of adventure and planning before starting out on that journey of discovery, the twists and turns, highways and byways we forge and follow en route and finally the joy and sense of achievement we feel when we reach our destination.

Favourite Quote! I have three!

‘Judge not lest ye be judged’ (Matthew 7:1)

‘Know Thyself’ (Delphic Oracle)

'You are that which you seek' Chrisopher Love
