Filomena's Notes on Self

I have been involved in working with people as a mentor for approximately 10 years. In that time I have worked with people who have sought to explore their creativity as a business or for personal development. It has been a tremendous journey.

What my hat means to me!

Wearing a hat means “exploring” to find the “right” fit. Hats change with time and experience and depending on what one is seeking to achieve, change or learn. It reflects who we are, where we are, what we are here to do. The constant thing is that change is possible and we can choose what to change it to.

My Philosophy on Coaching

The power and potential for knowing that sits with the individual is tremendous and the tools used to unearth, discover and reflect this potential often simple. It is amazing what asking the right question can unlock.I am honoured to be a witness to personal change that is facilitated by coaching.
