Louise specialises in the field of leadership, management and personal development.
For 8 years now she has been invited to work with the University of Derby on business development programmes, post graduate and undergraduate courses.
Caitlin has a lifelong interest in holistic therapies. She has worked for fourteen years in the field of natural health and has a wealth of knowledge of herbal therapies. She believes firmly that ‘we are what we eat’ and recognises the importance of supplementing our everyday diet.
Mary understands the importance of what we are able to offer at SimplyChanging, having experienced and adapted to changes in her own life. Being open, friendly and organised, Mary is very happy to talk about what SimplyChanging has to offer you.
Sage Bookkeeper by profession and Finance Manager and recently appointed Researcher and Book Reviewer for Simply Changing.
In this life we have the ability to embrace self-ownership and authenticity, becoming whatever, or whoever, we wish to be, whilst recognising that time can be our mentor along the journey.
Paramjit co-delivers key elements of the face to face Simply Changing Diploma in Coaching, and plays an integral role in the supervision and assessment process. She is an effective communicator with well developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to bringing out the best in everyone she meets.
Tracey works with people in enabling them to enhance the positive way in which they see themselves, and to change any thought patterns and behaviours that may be inhibiting their well-being. As a qualified expert in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Psychometrics she deliver these aspects into the Simply Changing Diploma in Coaching.
Linda helps us discover how music can bring about state change, improve communication, and be a great tool to tune into yourself and your coachees. We also focus upon the chakras (energy centres in the body), and ways of using music for anchoring great feelings!
Anne Rowbottom is our expert in Buddhist Meditation, and we have the pleasure of receiving some of her practical wisdom for living on the Simply Changing Diploma in Coaching, where we discuss the benefits of mindfulness in coaching and daily life, and practice some group meditations.
Roz is a lawyer by profession and is also a professionally qualified personal and business coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. Roz collaborates with Simply Changing in the areas of natural weight loss and in the work with horses.
