Simply Changing is an organisation committed to excellence in our field of Coaching and NLP and we are working to the highest standards of training and delivery to ensure that our Developing Coaches have a quality learning experience.

It is important to us that our Coaches have high level skills and work in a professional manner, bringing about effective changes for the Coachee. Simply Changing have set high standards of content, delivery and learning support. We have high expectations of our learners and are committed to engaging our learners in developing reflective practice and ongoing CPD (Continued Professional Development).

Simply Changing seeks to comply with the new standards introduced by the European Data Protection Law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which has been lifted into a new UK-GDPR with effect 31 January 2020 and is committed to maintaining and providing clarity on how we handle personal information.

Simply Changing has and is committed to ensuring that we continue to have measures in place for keeping your personal data safe and secure.

PERSONAL DATA – legitimate reasons for holding personal data

Personal data is held by Simply Changing from when you contact us through our website, by phone or by email, requesting programme information – such as:

• If you are new to Simply Changing and this is the first time you have contacted us for information
• If you have previously requested information from us

Personal data is also held by Simply Changing when you have:

• completed an enrolment form and are registered as a Participant on one of our programmes
• become a Graduate of Simply Changing

Customer, Learner and Graduate personal data is held by Simply Changing for the purposes of responding to and providing:

• Requests for Programme Information
• Customer Service, Guidance and Support
• Information and updates to our Learners and Graduates
• Learner Support and Supervision
• Assessment and Moderation
• Certification
• Graduate Support and Supervision

Other than for the purposes of our internal processes such as enrolment and certification, we do not share information.  The personal data we hold will be held by us to enable us to get in touch with you.

The electronic records we hold are stored on password protected computers and secure cloud storage. Our cloud providers are GDPR compliant.
