Louise is highly regarded in her field. She has been awarded a fellowship of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists. She is a Master Coach, holds an MA in Coaching Development and is a Trainer of Coaching and NLP.

Her approach to working with people is reflected in the testimonials she receives. Testimonials that she holds dear as they reflect her values.

She is a creative thinker and has a great ability to make complex psychological principles easy to understand and access.

She is straightforward and easy to connect with.

She says.

“As a Coach, I have worked for decades with amazing clients/coachees. I am dedicated to enabling people to gain clarity on what is happening right now and how we can take control of our lives. Ultimately I want to enable you to live the way you choose.

We all benefit, in the coaching process, from prioritising those things that will make the biggest difference.

The kind of people who like to work with me on their life and work aspirations are people who realise that life throws things up for us, often when we least expect or deserve it. These are people who are seeking someone to help them make sense of things, create opportunities and find the energy and motivation make things happen. Often, people are overwhelmed or anxious and stressed in their current situation. It doesn't take long for people to acheive clarity and gain control again.

I liken coaching to having a wise friend to explore things with. Someone who is focused on you and how you can recognise and create opportunities.

I am effective, professional, approachable and I leave formality at the door. I’m happy to work with you to create a coaching experience that will impact your thinking and your responses in life. ]

Together we can make it happen!

Inspirational Quotes
"Most successful people have not achieved their distinction by having some new talent or opportunity presented to them. They have developed the opportunity that was at hand."
Bruce Barton
"Happiness comes most to persons who seek her least, and think least about it. It is not an object to be sought; it is a state to be induced."
John Burroughs
"Some people cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go."
Anonymous
"We begin from the recognition that all beings cherish happiness and do not want suffering. It then becomes both morally wrong and pragmatically unwise to pursue only one's own happiness oblivious to the feelings and aspirations of all others who surround us as members of the same human family. The wiser course is to think of others when pursuing our own happiness."
Dalai Lama
"If your ship doesn't come in, swim out to it."
Jonathon Winters
"Success is a state of mind. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success."
Dr. Joyce Brothers
"What is the worth of anything, but for the happiness 'twill bring?"
Richard Owen Cambridge
"Happiness depends, as Nature shows - less on exterior things than most suppose."
William Cowper
"There is nothing that can help you understand your own beliefs more than trying to explain them to an inquisitive child."
Frank Clark
"Dreams are extremely important. You can't do it unless you imagine it."
George Lucas
