What an amazing day! I really didn't know what to expect and where horses would fit in with life coaching. Well, they certainly do! When working with the horses we have used our senses, we have slowed everything down to gain their trust and respect to they feel safe and they allowed us into their home as a result. Today has clarified that verbal communication is still important some of the time when working to help someone move forward towards their goal, but listening and using our other senses and instincts is the first step.
